Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below-mentioned terms and conditions apply to bookings made through our websites, such as:

1. Pricing
Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, flight tickets, travel insurance, and other services not mentioned in the inclusions section of each tour. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in the case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in hotel rates or transport expenses. But, before you make a booking, you should inquire about the price of the tour you are interested in, and then you can make a booking based on this final price.

2. Methods of Payment
To make it clearer to our guests, all our prices on the website are shown in USD, and when you make an online payment, according to the law of AR, you will see the final price in AZN. The payment amount will be adjusted according to the bank’s daily USD-AZN exchange rate. Please note that online payments can be accepted only via debit or credit cards, such as Visa or MasterCard.

For Day Trips:
If you book a day trip, payment may be made either in cash upon arrival (accepted currencies: USD or AZN) or online (please note that online payments are subject to an additional service fee).
Please be advised that, depending on the travel date and the selected tour, a deposit or full prepayment may be required in advance.

For Tour Packages Including Hotel Accommodation and Sightseeing:
If you book a tour package that includes hotel accommodation, sightseeing, and other services, payment may be made either in cash on the day of arrival (accepted currencies: USD or AZN) or online (subject to an additional service fee).
Please note that, based on the travel date and the specific hotel selected, a deposit or full prepayment may be required in advance.

For Tour Packages Excluding Hotel Accommodation:
If you book a tour package that does not include hotel accommodation, payment may be made either in cash on the day of arrival (accepted currencies: USD or AZN) or online (subject to an additional service fee).
Depending on the travel date and the selected program, a deposit or full prepayment may be required in advance.

Detailed payment instructions and requirements for your selected service will be provided by our travel consultants at the time of booking.

3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. Please make sure that you´ve provided the correct information about your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
 Tours or Tour packages that include a hotel in the price may be canceled 96 hours before the check-in date & time shown in the tour itinerary prepared for the customer, with NO charges applicable. The full amount of the deposit after deduction of the bank commission fee will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days. In case of Cancellation, less than 96 hours, the deposit payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tours or Tour packages that don’t include a hotel in the price may be canceled 72 hours before the tour start date & time shown in the itinerary prepared for the customer, with NO charges applicable. The full amount of the deposit after deduction of the bank commission fee will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days. In case of Cancellation, less than 72 hours the deposit payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.


4.2 No Show
 If you fail to turn up for the tour package or tours (day trips), no refunds in part or in full can be provided. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures
Prior to making a cancellation, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour (day trip) or tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Baku Travel Packages in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through email or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid.

We are not responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, and several other aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however, depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in the itinerary, if any, before departure.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If we are not able to trace your accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. Baku Travel Packages cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests that are not adhered to by the hotel due to their busy schedule.

8. Travel Insurance
Baku Travel Packages shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as a result of accident, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or the cancellation of the trip. The traveler should avail themselves of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant to a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logo, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant details, is proprietary to Baku Travel Packages. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of AR”.
